Evidence of Service

In order to evidence that service has taken place and that the respondent is aware of the legal process or claim being made against them Proactive Intelligence are able to provide various forms of documentary evidence depending on the legal requirements or your preference. 

Statement Of Service

The agent effecting service completes a statement of evidence as to the time, date, place, person and documents served.

Affidavit Service

The agent effecting service completes a affidavit of evidence as to the time, date, place, person and documents served before swearing on oath that the contents are correct and truthful.

Certificate of Service 

In some cases the papers served require a certificate of service to be completed which is signed by the process server to confirm service of the documents.

Additional Evidence

Should you require we are happy to provide additional documentary evidence of the service being effected this can be in the form of photographs or video of the respondent or property visited
