Costs

For most standard forms of legal process we operate on a fixed fee basis at two rates:

£45 - within BS, BA, TA, EX, GL, TQ, DT, and BH Postcodes.

£67.50 - For all other postcodes.

Both fees are inclusive of three attempts at service, a statement, or affidavit of service (as required), and mileage.

Variations to these fees would include urgent, or high risk cases, or provision of additional services and would be discussed at the time of instruction. 

All prices quoted are subject to V.A.T at 17.5%
