Proactive Intelligence Process Servers are able to quickly and efficiently effect service of all types of legal process upon respondents  throughout the UK. 

From the point of instruction we provide regular updates on the progress of your service as often or as little as your requirements dictate. Updates can either be provided at every key stage or we can fulfil your instructions on a send and receive basis whereby documents requiring service are forwarded, our process server will effect service and a statement or affidavit is then returned following service of the papers by our process servers.

Evidence of Process Service

Once the process service has been taken place Proactive Intelligence will in all cases provide you with a  clear, concise and well presented Statement, Affidavit or Certificate of Service.

Our Process Serving fees are also inclusive of three attempts at service upon the respondent with no charges made for failed or return visits or mileage.
