Terms of Service
As a new client please
ensure that you fully understand our
Terms of Service.
Instruction of Proactive
Intelligence Ltd is deemed acceptance of these terms in their
entirety.
Should these not be
agreeable we are more than happy to discuss amendments but any
variation to our terms and conditions is strictly with the
written authority of the operations director.
Professional Indemnity Insurance
Proactive Intelligence Ltd
at all times maintain Professional Indemnity Insurance in order
to protect both the interests of the agency and those of our
clients.

Investigation Standards
During our investigations
Proactive Intelligence Ltd seek at all times to adhere to the
National Occupational Standards for Investigation.
A copy of our Approved
Investigation Standards can be found

We also seek to are also
voluntary subscribers to the Security Industry Authority's (SIA)
Private Investigator Best Practice guidance.

Civil Procedure Rules
The Civil
Procedure Rules govern and dictate the proper legal process that
any civil action must follow.
Many of the
rules apply to how the and what course the County Court and
Solicitors involved in civil matters take to ensure that it is
fair and just.
