Proactive Intelligence Ltd operates morally and within the law at all times and place the utmost importance in their responsibility for doing so.

We are registered with the Information Commissioners Office under the Data Protection Act and despite there being no formal licensing in place at the present time we already adhere to the "best practice" principles set out by the Security Industry Authority (SIA) which can be viewed by clicking here.

If there is any doubt to the legality or morality of any request for service Proactive Intelligence reserve the right to refuse to act on your behalf giving a full explanation of the reasons for doing so in writing if required.
